Shipping and Returns


Shipping

Processing & Dispatch:

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends or public holidays, will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with order information.

Delivery Options & Times:

  • Tracked 48 Delivery: 2–5 working days
  • Tracked 24 Delivery: 1–3 working days 
  • DHL Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (selectable at checkout).
  • Free Delivery: Kindly choose options for orders above £100 (UK only).

Shipping Notes:

  • We aim to deliver all orders promptly, but delivery times may vary due to postal delays or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility:

  • Items may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, edible products (such as sprinkles, food colorings, or baking kits containing food) cannot be returned.

How to Return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable service; customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges & Replacements:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product as above and place a new order for the replacement.
  • For items that are faulty or damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement free of charge.

Damaged or Missing Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the items, packaging, and delivery label.
  • We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund promptly.
